Warranty?

Blacks Creek stands behind it's products and will cover any manufacturing defects that your product may have. Please do not take your product back to the store. We would prefer that you contact us directly and we will issue a Return Authorization number to ship the product back. Once the product has been received by us we will make the decision to either repair it or replace it. Any products deemed by us to be broken by any other reason than manufacturing defect will be subject to an hourly rate to repair plus the cost of shipping.

Are your packs waterproof?

Yes our packs are waterproof until they leak. All joking aside, our packs are very water repellent due to the 3 layer waterproof Tricot fabric we use to manufacture them. However, the fabric may be waterproof but as soon as it is stitched and perforated on the seems it will leak. Most of our pack designs come equipped with a light weight rain fly to prevent anything inside your pack from becoming wet.

Do you custom make packs?

No we do not do custom work on packs. However, we will try and accommodate your needs within reason so don't be afraid to ask.

How durable are your products?

We like to believe that we have very durable products. We use nothing but the best quality fabrics and thread as well as hardware on everything we manufacture. Normal wear and tear is bound to happen over the years. We Bar Tack and reinforce all heavy stress areas. Our return rate speaks for its self at less than 1%.
